Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind, so you can have confidence that your property is in safe hands. We take great care with every job, using the correct equipment & cleaning methods to achieve excellent results while protecting your surfaces.
How do I get a quote?
Getting a quote is quick & easy. You can complete our Get a Quote form, message us on WhatsApp or call us directly. Please provide some details about the area you'd like cleaned, along with your address & postcode. Photos can be uploaded through the form or sent by WhatsApp to help us assess the work. If you call, we can take details over the phone & let you know whether any photos are needed. For larger or more complex jobs, we may arrange a site visit.
How long does the work take?
Every job is different, depending on the size of the area, the type of surface & its condition. Most jobs are completed within a few hours, while larger projects may take a full day or longer. We'll always let you know how long we expect the work to take when providing your free quote.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer using our secure payment link, which includes your invoice & our bank details. Payment is due on completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway?
No. We adjust the pressure, equipment & cleaning method to suit the type & condition of the surface being cleaned. Every driveway is assessed before work begins to ensure it is cleaned safely & effectively while achieving the best possible results.
Do you use chemicals?
Yes, where appropriate. We use specialist cleaning treatments on certain surfaces to help remove organic growth such as moss, algae & lichen, improve the overall finish & help keep surfaces cleaner for longer. Every surface is assessed individually, & we'll always use the most suitable cleaning method for the best results.
Do block paved driveways need re sanding?
Yes. Pressure washing removes the existing jointing sand along with dirt & debris. Re sanding helps stabilise the blocks, reduce movement & replace the lost sand. We recommend allowing the driveway to dry fully before re sanding to achieve the best results.
Can you remove weeds?
Yes. Pressure washing removes visible weeds & organic growth from the surface, while a specialist weedkiller can be applied afterwards to help treat any remaining roots. This provides the best long term results & helps reduce future weed growth.
How often should a driveway or patio be cleaned?
We recommend having your driveway or patio professionally cleaned every 1 to 3 years, depending on the surface, surrounding environment & how quickly dirt, moss, algae & lichen build up. Regular cleaning helps maintain your property's appearance & reduces the risk of surfaces becoming slippery.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
We recommend having your gutters cleaned at least once a year. If your property is surrounded by trees or experiences heavy moss build up, more frequent cleaning may be beneficial. Regular gutter cleaning helps prevent blockages, overflowing water & unnecessary damage to your property.
Do you use ladders?
In most situations, no. We use powerful gutter vacuum equipment that allows us to clear gutters safely from ground level. If access is restricted or a closer inspection is required, ladders may be used where it is safe & appropriate to do so.
Can you clear downpipes?
Yes. We can clear most blocked downpipes as part of our gutter cleaning service, helping rainwater flow freely through the drainage system. If we identify a blockage, damage or anything that requires additional work, we'll discuss it with you first & provide a revised quote before carrying out any extra work.
What happens if my gutters are damaged?
If we identify any damaged gutters, downpipes or brackets during the clean, we'll let you know & explain what we've found. We don't repair or replace damaged guttering, but this will allow you to arrange the appropriate repair.
Why do soffits & fascias become dirty?

How long will my soffits & fascias stay clean?
The results will vary depending on your property's location & the surrounding environment. Homes near trees or in damp, shaded areas may experience organic growth more quickly. Regular cleaning helps keep your soffits & fascias looking their best & maintain your property's appearance.
